My parents broke up before they married. During their 3 year break they didn't speak but reunited when they ran into each other atop the eiffel tower in Paris.... They say that it was fate that brought them together. What do you think? It can't be a coincidence it's too big.

The belief in fate and destiny is simply arrogant and selfish. The fact that there are people out there that believe that god/the universe is going out of it's way to make sure they find the girl they love, or get that promotion at work, while completely disregarding the millions of starving people in the world. And the genocide. And the poverty.
It just makes me sick, that people are so preoccupied with their own petty problems.
